What a great Member's Week!
Member's Week started with Ken's Crew on Tuesday the 23rd March and finished with Ian and Sue's Vivacious Vets on Monday the 29th March. Gavin and Christian ran all the competitions, set 'challenges' along the way and provided all the prizes. After the competitions Brendan, Lisle and Sam served excellent buffets which everyone enjoyed. A great time was had by all and many thanks go to all the staff including the Bar Staff and Greens Staff who helped make this a great week for everybody. Many thanks also go to the member's who raised £532 for the Captain's Bunker Fund and £102 for the Plant and Heather Fund.
On Thursday evening a Member's Update took place where Rod Jones, our Chairman, updated members on the various projects the club is progressing and Terry Coulson the Captain presented the latest thoughts of the Greens Committee regarding the Bunker Project which will start in September. After the Member's Update Pub Food was available in the Bar and Pub Games were available in the Trophy Room.
