Your Special Occasion can be in held in one of our two splendid Function Rooms. There is no Room Hire Charge for our private rooms for fully catered Special Occasions.
The Luke Donald Suite
The recently refurbished Luke Donald Suite is located on the first floor and has amazing views across the golf course and the Chilterns, with its own Bar, Dance Floor and Balcony, it is not just a room with a view! Able to accommodate up to 110 guests for a sit down dinner and up to 180 guests for an Evening Reception, it is the perfect party room.
The Trophy Room
Located on the ground floor and adjacent to the Members Bar, the Trophy Room lends itself to smaller and more intimate gatherings, a room which is steeped in history, with magnificent views across the golf course. The Trophy Room can seat up to 50 guests for a Lunch or Dinner and 70 guests for a Reception.
Room Only Hire Charges
Both the Trophy Room and the Luke Donald Suite can be hired on a Room Only basis for a party. The Luke Donald Suite has its own private bar which will be exclusive to you and your guests. The bar can be operated as a cash or an account bar, whichever you prefer.
