Your Wedding Reception can be in held in one of our two splendid Function Rooms.  Both rooms are available free of a Hire Charge for a Wedding Reception.
 

The Luke Donald Suite

The recently refurbished Luke Donald Suite is located on the first floor and has amazing views across the golf course and the Chilterns, with its own Private Bar, Dance Floor and Balcony, it is not just a room with a view!  Able to accommodate up to 110 guests for a sit down Wedding Breakfast and up to 180 guests for an Evening Reception, it is the perfect room for the larger Wedding.  The private bar, which will be exclusive to you and your guests, can be operated as a cash or an account bar, whichever you prefer.
 

The Trophy Room

Located on the ground floor the Trophy Room lends itself to smaller and more intimate gatherings, a room which is steeped in history, with magnificent views across the golf course.  The Trophy Room can seat up to 50 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and up to 70 guests for an Evening Reception.
 

Additional Options

Why not have your Champagne and Canapé Reception on arrival in the Trophy Room before having your Wedding Breakfast in the Luke Donald Suite, or weather permitting an area of the grounds at Hazlemere can be arranged for your Reception.
